Leadership & Vision

Apostle Dr. Samuel Chase IV

President & Chancellor of SAVED Global University

Apostle Dr. Samuel Chase IV has faithfully served in ministry since the age of 17. Following his Apostolic Affirmation in 2007, he planted his first ministry in South Bend, Indiana. Since that time, he has continued to establish ministries while equipping, developing, and affirming ministers to fulfill their God-given assignments and advance the Kingdom of God.

In 2025, Apostle Dr. Chase earned his Doctoral Degree in Theology from Greater Impact Bible College and School of Ministry. His burden for sound doctrine and spiritual scholarship led to the founding of SAVED Global University to train leaders who carry both the Word and the fire of God.
